At DocuCareer AI, we care about your privacy. This page explains what data we collect while you use the site, how it's used, and our advertising/cookie practices.
1. What Data We Collect
When you create an account, we securely store your email address (and basic Google account information if you signed in with Google) via Supabase. Your CV, job posting, and document text are only used to process the relevant AI request; they are not stored permanently or used for any other purpose.
2. Usage Logs
To maintain service quality and fair quota usage, we keep a record of every AI operation (which tool, when, whether it succeeded, and how many tokens were consumed). These logs do NOT contain your CV or document content β only technical information about the operation itself.
3. Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in. The site may also display Google AdSense ads; Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show interest-based ads. You can manage cookies from your browser settings or opt out of personalized ads via Google's ad settings page.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and the Groq API for AI processing. Only the data necessary to complete each operation is sent to these services.
